This is about the sixth or seventh time I have purchased this product. It is so gentle on the skin yet so effective at removing makeup and cleansing your skin. It feels luxurious too, an added bonus. I keep going back to this cleanser and makeup remover all in one and highly recommend. My skin is sensitive and can react to various products from time to time and also, I find some cleansing products can dry out my skin. I don't have any issues using this product.

The gorgeous Amber from the Eastland store suggested I try this to cleanse my middle-aged, sporadically opinionated skin. It's a really lovely product, though as someone who typically uses foaming cleansers, it is a bit of an adjustment. I find one pump is more than sufficient to massage into my dry face, then emulsify with a little water before rinsing off. Suspect this will last a good several months and will likely repurchase.

I think I've finally found the perfect cleanser! I have sensitive dry/combination skin. I need something gentle, but I love the feel of a foaming cleanser. This lathers beautifully, but isn't too harsh for my skin. I'll definitely repurchase!

This product has been so helpful for rebuilding my skin barrier! The start of summer is always harsh on my skin and this saved my dry skin during the change in seasons, it's so soft on the skin and leaves me feeling and looking so good!

I love Tatcha moisturisers, but this is just really unimpressive. It's a bit of a pain to get from the bottle at the end, and it just seems to do what any other cleanser does. i didn't notice anything different to something cheaper.

I bought this product about two months ago along with the Tatcha moisturiser. I was having problems with breakouts and combination oiliness so was recommend these two products by a consultant. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and used the products long enough to give my skin a chance to adjust but all it did was make my skin so much worse. I broke out all along my cheeks/ jawline/chin and my skin became extremely oily, as if it was just stripped every time I washed my face. I had to reapply powder every few hours to stop looking dipped in grease. Whenever I showered and used the cleanser, my skin would be irritated and uneven. I gave this product so much opportunity but it really let me down and ruined my skin.

Don't usually have sensitive skin and only prone to breakouts at that time of month. Used this wash for a few days and my under eyes swelled and became very inflamed. Tear duct became blocked. And had 3-4 breakouts. Price was very expensive so now I'm stuck with a near new container of a product I cannot use.
