Went to buy this together with the water cream, and while it's a bit expensive, I LOVE it, my skin is getting better and you can actually see the difference it has made.

Tatcha my attention from its well-known Water Cream. The Deep Cleanse came within the "Water cream "Christmas gift set in 2019. It's a gel cleanser with exfoliant but is still very gentle for the face. it smells beautifully and it truly makes my skin feel clean but not feeling dry. My super sensitive skin reacts really well to this cleanser. It feels good, hydrated, clean, not tight or irritated.

I bought this based on the rave reviews, as I wanted a deep cleanse for the second cleanse of the nighttime ritual. I like this product, but ... I bought the smaller size and really disliked the structured bottle, the larger tube is a much better idea because I m sure there'll be leftover product that I cant get out of this bottle towards the end. It feels nice when applied, has a subtle smell and is gentle as an exfoliator, but of the three cleansers I use each day this was the one that impressed me least. I felt that for the price point, it should have more of a 'wow' factor. It did the job, but not much more.

I have been using this cleanser daily for two months and it's my new favourite! I have extremely sensitive skin prone to hormonal breakouts and I worried that the exfoliating properties would be too irritating for my skin; however, my skin has never looked better! My only complaint is that there is no pump to dispense the cleanser, so I often accidentally squeeze out too much.

I am a Tatcha fam but this very average for the price I paid. I have used the whole bottle but no visible results. Just as good as any other cleanser. I literally switched to clean and clear temporarily till i find something better.

I love Tatcha moisturisers, but this is just really unimpressive. It's a bit of a pain to get from the bottle at the end, and it just seems to do what any other cleanser does. i didn't notice anything different to something cheaper.

I bought this product about two months ago along with the Tatcha moisturiser. I was having problems with breakouts and combination oiliness so was recommend these two products by a consultant. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and used the products long enough to give my skin a chance to adjust but all it did was make my skin so much worse. I broke out all along my cheeks/ jawline/chin and my skin became extremely oily, as if it was just stripped every time I washed my face. I had to reapply powder every few hours to stop looking dipped in grease. Whenever I showered and used the cleanser, my skin would be irritated and uneven. I gave this product so much opportunity but it really let me down and ruined my skin.

Don't usually have sensitive skin and only prone to breakouts at that time of month. Used this wash for a few days and my under eyes swelled and became very inflamed. Tear duct became blocked. And had 3-4 breakouts. Price was very expensive so now I'm stuck with a near new container of a product I cannot use.
