Headed out to MECCA George St to pick up my birthday gift (D) and thought I'd enquire about a great cleanser (as I had run out). Liz recommended Tatcha s The Deep Cleanse after mentioning I would rather a cleanser that "did it all" i.e. cleanse, kept skin hydrated whilst removing my moisturiser, sunscreen AND makeup. I bought this and this did not disappoint! I usually double cleanse (micellar water followed by a facial wash) and decided to test with Tatcha. It thoroughly removed everything (mascara included) and skin did not feel dry at all. Glad that I picked this up :)

I've been using this product for about six months now. I ran out whilst studying overseas and it was the first thing I bought as soon as I was back in Australia! It is easily the best cleanser I have ever used - smells divine as per Tatcha's usual amazingness - but even better than that is the quality of the texture as you apply it to your face. I've tried lots of cleansers before, and I honestly always thought it was normal for your skin to feel tight and stripped after use. With the Deep Cleanse, my skin actually feels softer and more hydrated and it makes a huge difference to the overall appearance of my skin. I swear by this product!!

I brought this cleanser a few weeks ago, I used for about a week and could not believe how beautiful and clean my skin looked after. However after that initial week of usage my skin has broken out like it has never before ! Like 8 mega pimples all over my face and many more forming. This cleanser is so strong and the tiny particles in it seems to be so harsh. I would beware of your skins pH balance after using the product at it is intense! The packaging and size and smell are all great it is just way to harsh for my skin.

I got this in a sample. My skin is combo, prone to dehydration but very oily. This cleanser has little beads(?) in it and has a gentle foam. My skin felt nice but it also had that unpleasant 'squeaky' clean feeling. I probably wouldn't buy it but it might be good for oily skin.

It does what it says - Cleanses the skin and exfoliates. Doesn't leave the skin feeling dry and isn't harsh. The packaging is difficult though - leave it the right way up and it takes a lot of work to get product out. Leave it upside down and product gets wasted when it flows into the lid. Will use completely but will not repurchase which is a shame because I wanted to really like it.

Smells great and texture feels like it should be giving a deep cleanse but I don't feel like my skin is as clean as when I use products with aha's. If you're skin is oily or you use sunscreen, make up etc, I'd go for something stronger

Recommended in store for my sensitive skin. Cause painful breakouts after using for a few days. Left skin tight and burning after use. Wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin.
