I bought this to use with my Foreo Luna Mini 3 and honestly, my face game is now next level. It feels so smooth, clear and glowing that I now can't imagine how I lived without this combo. The cleanser has a great scent and is super gentle on my pale and sensisitve skin. Love it!

I love this cleanser. Everything from the packaging to the scent to the look and feel of it is super fancy. A little goes a long way and leaves my skin feeling soft and cleansed but not stripped. The lack of a pump did bother me at first, but I have gotten used to it now (though sometimes I dispense a little too much product and frantically try to stuff it back in the bottle). I use it in rotation with other cleansers because it's too pricey. I m still debating whether I'll repurchase it (because there are cheaper cleansers that do the job) but I do enjoy how pampered it makes me feel.

I have combination skin which is *sensitive* in that it is prone to breakouts from many products. I avoid physical exfoliants like the plague, as they are a sure fire way to give me deep, painful cystic pimples which take weeks to go away. (Took me years to realise that scrubbing away at my acne-ridden skin was only making it worse, but that's a different matter). I was hesitant to try The Deep Cleanse, as the package makes it sound like it is an exfoliating cleanser. However the lovely salesperson at my local store insisted it wouldn't cause any micro-abrasions to my skin (which would break me out) and that a Tatcha regime would work perfectly with the Dr Dennis Gross peels I had recently started but found my usual skin care regime just wasn't suitable with. I am so glad I listened! The Deep Cleanse provides a thorough but gentle clean which makes my skin feel refreshed and smooth without stripping it completely. I don't find it really exfoliates at all - so if you want an actual exfoliating cleanser it might not be for you. I have become a Tatcha junkie, and this is just one of their many stellar products. Tip: many people complain about the bottle, but I've gotten used to it and quite like it. I actually find that as soon as I need to store it upside down to get the rest of the product I have about 2 weeks of product left and it is the perfect time to order a new bottle online. Easy indicator its time to place an order!

Such a great cleanser I recently tried another brands cleanser and I didn't even finish it before returning to this product. It's helped my complexion and the texture of my skin. It smells so lovely as well.

I brought this cleanser a few weeks ago, I used for about a week and could not believe how beautiful and clean my skin looked after. However after that initial week of usage my skin has broken out like it has never before ! Like 8 mega pimples all over my face and many more forming. This cleanser is so strong and the tiny particles in it seems to be so harsh. I would beware of your skins pH balance after using the product at it is intense! The packaging and size and smell are all great it is just way to harsh for my skin.

I got this in a sample. My skin is combo, prone to dehydration but very oily. This cleanser has little beads(?) in it and has a gentle foam. My skin felt nice but it also had that unpleasant 'squeaky' clean feeling. I probably wouldn't buy it but it might be good for oily skin.

It does what it says - Cleanses the skin and exfoliates. Doesn't leave the skin feeling dry and isn't harsh. The packaging is difficult though - leave it the right way up and it takes a lot of work to get product out. Leave it upside down and product gets wasted when it flows into the lid. Will use completely but will not repurchase which is a shame because I wanted to really like it.

Smells great and texture feels like it should be giving a deep cleanse but I don't feel like my skin is as clean as when I use products with aha's. If you're skin is oily or you use sunscreen, make up etc, I'd go for something stronger

Recommended in store for my sensitive skin. Cause painful breakouts after using for a few days. Left skin tight and burning after use. Wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin.
