Take an extra 30 seconds with this cleanser. Yes warm it up in your hands first and spend more than 10 seconds using it on your face. It has to blend with what's on your skin to life it all off when rinsing-so massage it around a few seconds longer than you with another cleanser. . It's not a soap. Loving it for my skin which has graduated form oily to dry and has some signs of aging in my ahem late 40s. Love how it melts eye makeup off too. Recommends this product ✔ Yes

I tried this on a whim and was blown away. I have been plagued with very dry skin my whole life as well a very pale complexion so dryness really shows on me. This cleanser is a miracle to my skin. I follow up with my regular routine and a few months ago decided to add in plant based squalane at the end of routine morning and night to seal in the hydration. Game changer! I get "beautiful skin" compliments all the time now. I'll be 70 in a few weeks and my skin has never looked better!! Recommends this product ✔ Yes

I only use theordinary products and this the first one I have found that did not work for me. It was too drying for my skin. I shall stick to the squalane cleanser which works wonders. I am going to see if I can send it back.

I have only been using this cleanser for a week as I need to switch to something more gentle and I am already breaking out really bad along my jawline. I use an oil melt to remove sunscreen and then this. Not really sure why it’s making me break out. Could be an ingredient. Such a waste

Soooo disappointed in you guys. Besides checking the description(s) at your website several times in case there was additional info added, I did chats 3 times - count 'em 3 - with your online reps about the foaming cleanser when it was launched. My specific questions and concerns were whether or not this cleanser was suitable for drier, mature skin. I said I was enjoying the Squalane cleanser (my fav will always be the Hylamide cleanser you eliminated) but I liked the idea of trying the foaming cleanser but only if it was suitable for my skin type. I was assured over and over that it was great for drier skin and/or mature skin - no problems. Your website continued to claim it was for all skin types. On your rep assurances I went ahead and purchased the foaming cleanser only to today receive your email telling me that while it is suitable for all skin types it is especially so for oily skin. The exact opposite of what I said I was looking for in my cleanser. In fact, the cleanser I had been using (and so told the reps) was the squalane that is being described in said email as best for the skin type I have and am concerned about helping. So, so disappointed in the information I received from you folks - not only a waste of money but possibly setting me back in my skin health improvement.

I understand the product is affordable. But I didn’t expect the bottle to be half empty. Disappointed that I’d probably only be able to use a few times before I run out. It works well to remove make up but it really stings my eyes not matter how much I rinse and it is hard to get out of the bottle. I like that it doesn’t strip my skin. Recommends this product ✘
