I first tried Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm in summer, & noticed an immediate balancing act. My skin was soft and supple without the greasies. This product kept up the great results in autumn and winter. My skin is clean and smooth, makeup dissolves and pores are minimised. Best cleanser I’ve ever used!

I really wanted to love this balm, but the overpowering smell was horrible, not to mention BAD for skin. And I honestly don’t think it is very good at cleansing either. There are hundreds of other cleansers/balms that are way better than this one at a fraction of the cost.

I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it does not live up to the hype for me. It is very strongly fragranced and has resulted in breakouts for my skin (even with a double cleanse and using my Foreo - it was the only new product introduced into my routine). I will be sticking with my usual cleansing oil.
