i tried this on a whim when i saw it was released, as i saw it was specifically for oil control. i ordered this near release, and i'm now almost done with my current bottle. i can 100% say it is a blessing for my face. washing my face is my favorite part of my day! my t-zone gets incredibly oily during the day to the point where my glasses slide on my nose! waking up with 30 gallons of oil on my face is very annoying, but when i scrub for the 60 seconds it all washes away! i use it morning and night, and it takes off makeup very easily. overall, this stuff is amazing, especially with the oil control cream. my face stays oil free for the majority of the day and i feel amazing!

I waited to write this review so the cleanser would have ample time to work its magic and I am SUCH a believer. I used this every single night for 5 weeks, and while I am blessed overall with great skin, this has evened my tone, and honestly I think diminished some 30 year old forehead fine lines that were coming in. I chose to start with nighttime since my skin gets pretty oily by the end of the day, and more so in the warmer months- I bought this in May. When doing my nighttime routine, I start with a cleansing oil to help wash away the midwest humidity, then follow with this cleanser and it was a dream. I did have about 3.5 weeks of skin "detox" happening, where spots that would previously get some breakout showed up to dance about it, but the other side of said detox is GLOWING skin. This has never been drying for me, and washes off without residue. Bottom line, get it, give yourself about a month of DAILY usage and then fall in love with your skin.

I've purchased a lot of face washes that claim to "deep clean" and have been disappointed every time. I am very prone to clogged pores and have never been able to find a face wash that actually (and gently!) removed them, but Cleanser Concentrate did! My skin did not feel tight or dry afterwards and I even followed up with Super Pure for the clearest, cleanest skin I've ever had. I will likely use it once or twice a week forever.

I’m a huge product shopper and have tried nearly everything on the market from super high end to drugstore products. Nothing can compare! I have oily skin with large pores and I was worried it would cause breakouts but thought I’d give it a try. Within days I was getting compliments on how great my skin looked. I have stocked up and bought several bottles to ensure I don’t ever run out. LOVE!!!!

I was on the fence about getting this product, but I'm so glad I did, as I've only used it once and the pores on my nose are already looking better, which the AHA topical solution I was using hadn't done - so I'm really impressed with this! It's also pleasant to use and made my face feel soft and smooth after use.

This is definitely my favourite cleanser I’ve ever used. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this cleanser has worked so well for my skin. Minimises pores, helped keep breakouts at bay and leaves a perfect clean soft feeling. Thanks so much Glossier!!

found this to be super drying, even using just 1-2 times a week my skin would be flaky afterward. I don’t usually have dry skin so was surprised. I probably would not reccomend or purchase again.

I typically don’t have sensitive skin, rarely ever have a bad reaction to new products but this was way too harsh. Dried my skin out after only one use, haven’t used the product in a week and my skin is still recovering in several dry patches. Caused my face to be really itchy and sting in reaction to my normal products.

So, after experimenting for several months, this product actually increased my acne dramatically. I maybe get one small pimple during my period, but I love a squeaky clean feeling face and this cleanser gave that feeling after. I didn't mind the medicinal smell, and I liked the tacky feeling after. But apparently some skin doesn't like niacinamide and I think that's me. Bummer.

I had to stop using the Milky Jelly Cleanser because I developed an allergic reaction to rosewater - I wish brands in general would stop using this ingredient in so many skincare products, but I digress. Initially, I was very excited to try out Cleanser Concentrate, but it seems that my skin does not agree with Glossier's cleanser formulas. My skin type is combination, but also sensitive and acne prone, and this product would always make my skin beet red, and I was guaranteed a few new breakouts the next day. This cleanser is also not as soothing as the claims say it is, and I don't think it does a good job of maintaining skins moisture either. The end result is quite drying, which is to be expected for exfoliating acids of this nature, but this is advertised as a more gentle variant, but there wasn't much difference between this, and other strong chemical exfoliators that I've tried. Overall, I'm disappointed. If the G team do plan to expand their range of cleansers, please consider a cleansing oil or balm - preferably without rosewater of any kind.

I really love a lot of glossier and I’ve tried most of their products. But this seems to irritate my skin and I don’t know if my skin is sensitive to it or it’s the product it’s self but I don’t think you should get it if you think your skin is sensitive. It does feel nice right after but every time I try to use it again it makes me break out.

I am the biggest Glossier fan ever and so sad that this product just has not worked for me. My acne has been under control for a long time now, with the occasional hormonal mini outbreak. Since using this as my main cleanser for around a month, my acne has been horrendous. My chin and hairline by my cheeks is the worst. I feel so relieved reading some of the comments here to know how to hopefully change this. I’ve purchased some old products and already seeing a difference. Will continue to love Glossier but this product sadly just isn’t for me!
