Overall it's a good cleanser, I just wish it was more eye friendly like the milk jelly cleanser, which I doubled as a makeup remover. I haven't noticed a HUGE difference in my skin, just that my oil is a bit more under control. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it has the STRANGEST scent to it.

So good for oily skin! it reduced excess oil in face over time, easily unclogged my congested pores and worked very quickly! amazing 100% reccomend

It’s hard to find good cleansers for my skin type. I have a very oily t-zone and over the years, the oil had build up and caused blackheads. I have used this cleanser every night for about a month and I have definitely seen a difference. It’s so much easier to remove the blackheads, less oil, and my face is brighter and more even.

I was actually shocked at how much this helped control my oil production! Highly recommend for anyone with chronically oily skin.

I have used Glossier’s standard Milk Jelly cleanser for a couple of years now but found myself seeking something “stronger” to beat the oil that collects throughout the day. Wearing masks in my health care work setting has only increased the oil that builds up. I finally took the leap and started using Cleanser Concentrate and I’ll never go back. I’ve cut my oil build up in more than half and it works perfectly with the regular moisturizer formula for these winter months when I still need a little extra moisture.

okay ... i’ll start out by saying that i never have written a review for a skincare product, ever, but my love for this cleanser could not stay silent any longer. i have had cystic & hormonal acne since i was 11. so for about 12 years i have pretty much constantly either had big, painful cysts or small little bumps that never go away, or both at the same time! i’ve tried EVERYTHING under the sun, gone on multiple medications, seen countless dermatologists, and nothing has ever ever worked. i’ve never had clear skin. UNTIL I STARTED USING THIS CLEANSER + SUPER PURE together. i’ve been using these two products together for about a week. the bumps are gone. my scars/pores are almost invisible. the redness from hyperpigmentation is gone. any bumps that do come up are treated so quick it’s like they were never there!!! all i can say is WOW and thank you to glossier for making this. you have changed my skin and my self confidence!!!! i’m a forever buyer now!

After reading great reviews on this, decided to give it a go. Used it the first time and woke up the next morning with significant breakouts all over my forehead, chin, and jawline. I don’t have acne aside from a single pimple popping up here or there, I also don’t have sensitive but I figured it could just be a coincidence. So I stopped using this, let my skin clear, and decided to try again last night. Lo and behold, this morning, breakouts AGAIN on my forehead and jaw… I have never had my skin look this bad, so disappointed. Terrible.

I've never, ever been disappointed in glossier. Yet, here I am, 2 months into using this product and my acne has never been worse. When the first few zits appeared, I thought to myself, "It cannot possibly be the glossier cleanser!" and cut all dairy and sugar for a month in attempts to calm my inflamed and volcanic face situation. This was a good decision for my body anyway, but the acne remained, nay, worsened! I thought this cleanser might be the gentler sister of the beloved solution, however I was woefully mistaken. The good news is is that I know the solution will have my skin glowing and recovered in no-time. After even 3 days without using this cleanser, I already see redness fading and spots beginning to recede.

I’ve been using this daily and have started getting huge pimples in areas I usually never get acne! Thought it was temporary but it’s been months since I started using the cleanser concentrate and the pimples keep coming. Definitely won’t be using it any longer. Gonna stick with my milky jelly cleanser.

Unfortunately I have oily skin and find that this product creates much more oil on my face. I do like the feel and the smell, but by mid-day my face was an oily mess. I have other cleansers that I feel help control the oil way more than this one. I think that this cleanser is designed to give a dewy look and if you have dry skin it is probably incredible for you, just not for the oily skinned folks out there. Maybe i'll be able to use it in the winter when my skin is a little dryer.

I absolutely love this product for removing makeup, specifically mascara. It doesn't burn your eyes but totally gets the job done. BUT I wouldn't recommend it for a regular cleansing. Personally I don't feel like it cleaned out my pores, and my skin didn't feel super fresh after washing it.

The facial cleanser I usually use was sold out for weeks, so I decided to try this out because I like a lot of Glossier's products. It doesn't give you that good after-cleanse feeling like your face is clean, even though it does cleanse as long as you use water and really scrub your face. I didn't use this as part of a two-step process though. It lasts about a month and a half using 2-3 pumps twice a day. My face was clearing up a lot before I started using this product. While this product didn't cause immediate cystic acne, it caused whiteheads and pustules twice a week or so (while beforehand I got a pimple every other week or so). About a month in, some of those pimples became cystic acne, rather than those pimples going away. CosDNA says that the ingredient Isopropyl Myristate in this product is a pore-clogging ingredient. Anyway, would not recommend, there are way better cleansers that work, feel good to use, and won't cause acne for cheaper per fl oz.
