I knew I was going to want to review this so I was thinking that I’d have to test it out for at least a couple of weeks before writing an honest review; but about 6 hours after using this cleanser I noticed my pores were smaller and my acne was no longer inflamed! This stuff is a dream for oily skin. It left my skin feeling soft and dry instead of overly dry and flaky! I seriously was so shocked at how quickly I saw positive results..this product will always be a must have for me!!!

I never leave reviews but I really love this cleanser and it definitely helped clear my skin so much! Not only does it help clear pores but I've noticed it also helped me clear up some uneven skin texture and acne scars (although not completely). I use it every night after a shower and it makes my face so smooth. It could be better if the cleanser could actually help exfoliate as it claims, but otherwise amazing product!!!

First time we went to the glossier store my husband picked this up for him, he deals with quite aggressive zits and has that always shiny but super sensitive redheaded skin. I’ve noticed his zits to appear less frequently and the shine in his skin has gone down significantly. I have normal skin and I only use it if I run out of my cleanser because if I use it more than one day in a row it dries my skin too much. So it’s best if you have oily skin. He already repurchased twice and plans on keep doing so

I never used to wash my face with products as it is so sensitive. However, I bought this cleanser with the niacinamide solution set and I love it. My skin tone has evened out so much after years of redness and my face has never been more pimple free. I’m an 18yr old with long days and wanted something simple to use at the end of a tiring day and this is it. Never going back now, HOLY GRAIL!

I am a double-cleanser that is glad to have found this product. It is gentle, but effective for a 'skin-cleanse' after makeup removal or for your am routine. My skin is sensitive and I have gotten on well with this product. The glass bottle is substantial, but slippery in wet hands. Maybe a pump that could be depressed one-handed? Not a deal-breaker for me.

After reading great reviews on this, decided to give it a go. Used it the first time and woke up the next morning with significant breakouts all over my forehead, chin, and jawline. I don’t have acne aside from a single pimple popping up here or there, I also don’t have sensitive but I figured it could just be a coincidence. So I stopped using this, let my skin clear, and decided to try again last night. Lo and behold, this morning, breakouts AGAIN on my forehead and jaw… I have never had my skin look this bad, so disappointed. Terrible.

I've never, ever been disappointed in glossier. Yet, here I am, 2 months into using this product and my acne has never been worse. When the first few zits appeared, I thought to myself, "It cannot possibly be the glossier cleanser!" and cut all dairy and sugar for a month in attempts to calm my inflamed and volcanic face situation. This was a good decision for my body anyway, but the acne remained, nay, worsened! I thought this cleanser might be the gentler sister of the beloved solution, however I was woefully mistaken. The good news is is that I know the solution will have my skin glowing and recovered in no-time. After even 3 days without using this cleanser, I already see redness fading and spots beginning to recede.

I’ve been using this daily and have started getting huge pimples in areas I usually never get acne! Thought it was temporary but it’s been months since I started using the cleanser concentrate and the pimples keep coming. Definitely won’t be using it any longer. Gonna stick with my milky jelly cleanser.

Unfortunately I have oily skin and find that this product creates much more oil on my face. I do like the feel and the smell, but by mid-day my face was an oily mess. I have other cleansers that I feel help control the oil way more than this one. I think that this cleanser is designed to give a dewy look and if you have dry skin it is probably incredible for you, just not for the oily skinned folks out there. Maybe i'll be able to use it in the winter when my skin is a little dryer.

I absolutely love this product for removing makeup, specifically mascara. It doesn't burn your eyes but totally gets the job done. BUT I wouldn't recommend it for a regular cleansing. Personally I don't feel like it cleaned out my pores, and my skin didn't feel super fresh after washing it.

The facial cleanser I usually use was sold out for weeks, so I decided to try this out because I like a lot of Glossier's products. It doesn't give you that good after-cleanse feeling like your face is clean, even though it does cleanse as long as you use water and really scrub your face. I didn't use this as part of a two-step process though. It lasts about a month and a half using 2-3 pumps twice a day. My face was clearing up a lot before I started using this product. While this product didn't cause immediate cystic acne, it caused whiteheads and pustules twice a week or so (while beforehand I got a pimple every other week or so). About a month in, some of those pimples became cystic acne, rather than those pimples going away. CosDNA says that the ingredient Isopropyl Myristate in this product is a pore-clogging ingredient. Anyway, would not recommend, there are way better cleansers that work, feel good to use, and won't cause acne for cheaper per fl oz.
