I enjoy using this cleanser as it’s not very heavy. Doesn’t feel like my skin dries out after I’ve used this. The packaging that comes in is not like the picture it’s in a tube but that’s okay. Don’t need to use a lot of little goes a long way I can see is it twice a day

I have been very impressed with this cleanser. I have Rosacea so have to be careful what I use and I have found this cleanser to be non-irritating but also moves makeup and the daily sunscreen I wear. You do not need to use a lot either so this is going to last so long!!

I bought this face wash as it was recommended by a mecca chit chatter. I was having issues with red and itchy skin. I was blaming the change in weather. I had been using this for 1 week and the redness disappeared. My skin tone had totally levelled out. My skin hasn't looked this good in years! I since purchased the recovery balm and the night cream. This range has been a game changer for me. I'm in love!

I love this cleanser and have bought it several times however the packaging is horrible. It's insanely difficult to get any product out and now the packaging has actually cracked and broken open on the side from me trying to force product out of it making it unusable and there's still over half a tube left :(

Have been using this product for 4+ years and have had multiple incidents where it has cracked after falling in the shower, resulting in me losing half the product. I can't travel with this product as it has also cracked in my suitcase multiple times.

I’ve been using this cleanser for a few weeks now, and can’t see myself changing products anytime soon! I have sensitive eczema-prone skin, so am always a little hesitant to try new face products, however this cleanser is so gentle and doesn’t strip away your natural oils. It has a gentle scent, and leaves your face feeling smooth and hydrated. It doesn’t get much of a lather though, so usually need to double cleanse when taking makeup and sunscreen off
