I have acne prone skin and I've struggled to find a cleanser that doesn't break me out, but also doesn't strip my skin. This is it. I recently seriously damaged my skin barrier by trying to treat my acne. My skin was extremely tight and dry, so tight that it hurt to move my mouth when I talked and pulled when I smiled. I was in pain and asked a Mecca employee for help. She pointed me in the direction of this cleanser and it is the one for me. It felt SO soothing, it's like massaging a light lotion or moisturiser into your skin. It helped immensely with the tightness and dryness. I decided I didn't care what happened to my acne, as long as my skin felt soft and hydrated again, but it turns out that my acne started to clear up! I think that the acne was my skin signaling that my moisture barrier was impaired. This whole time I've been using harsh products on my sensitive skin. This cleanser is a glowy dream. So grateful to have found it

I love this cleanser and have bought it several times however the packaging is horrible. It's insanely difficult to get any product out and now the packaging has actually cracked and broken open on the side from me trying to force product out of it making it unusable and there's still over half a tube left :(

Have been using this product for 4+ years and have had multiple incidents where it has cracked after falling in the shower, resulting in me losing half the product. I can't travel with this product as it has also cracked in my suitcase multiple times.

I’ve been using this cleanser for a few weeks now, and can’t see myself changing products anytime soon! I have sensitive eczema-prone skin, so am always a little hesitant to try new face products, however this cleanser is so gentle and doesn’t strip away your natural oils. It has a gentle scent, and leaves your face feeling smooth and hydrated. It doesn’t get much of a lather though, so usually need to double cleanse when taking makeup and sunscreen off
