I have combination-sensitive skin This product is very gentle and I have really appreciated that it doesn’t strip my skin. It does leave a subtle residue but my face is always clear of dirt. I have been using it with the balm cleanser.

I have been using Ren cleansing milk for over a year and adored it on my sensitive skin, I thought this was the same product just in a different bottle but it tingles my skin - has the product changed? There feels a menthol or stimulating ingredient that was not in the previous pump gentle cleansing milk. So disappointed, it took me ages to find something that doesn’t irritate my skin.

I’ve been using this cleanser since 2017 and have always LOVED it. Except now, they have recently changed the packaging from an airtight pump to a tube. You loose a lot of product, it’s not as travel friendly and feels cheap. Seems the ingredients may have changed as-well? Definitely doesn’t feel the same. when I first started buying this product it had a stamp on the packaging highlighting that the product was PEG and DEA/TEA free. That label has since been removed so not sure what this means for the product.

I love this cleanser and have bought it several times however the packaging is horrible. It's insanely difficult to get any product out and now the packaging has actually cracked and broken open on the side from me trying to force product out of it making it unusable and there's still over half a tube left :(

Have been using this product for 4+ years and have had multiple incidents where it has cracked after falling in the shower, resulting in me losing half the product. I can't travel with this product as it has also cracked in my suitcase multiple times.

I’ve been using this cleanser for a few weeks now, and can’t see myself changing products anytime soon! I have sensitive eczema-prone skin, so am always a little hesitant to try new face products, however this cleanser is so gentle and doesn’t strip away your natural oils. It has a gentle scent, and leaves your face feeling smooth and hydrated. It doesn’t get much of a lather though, so usually need to double cleanse when taking makeup and sunscreen off
