I bought this cleansing balm after reading the reviews and I must say it didn’t disappoint me. I have very sensitive eyes and this did not sting my eyes. Will purchase it again and again.

love this product! gets all my makeup off, including my eyes and doesn't sting or make my skin feel all stripped and dry like most other makeup removers. I also have very sensitive skin and this hasn't seemed to cause any irritation.

I bought this 2 weeks ago with a Sunday Riley pack and this cleansing balm is so soothing! I use this before my shower and in the morning. Leaves me feeling fresh!

I have been using this cleansing balm for the last two weeks and I finally have some coherent thoughts. I am not a fan of expensive oil or balm cleansers, so when this balm showed up on Mecca, I was intrigued. First off, I am very happy that this is not a fragranced skincare product and thus does irritate my sensitive skin which is happy to get hot, red and itchy any chance it gets. As the name suggests, this is indeed a nourishing cleansing balm. I have a difficult time washing it off completely with warm water and therefore need two rounds of my second cleanse. If you are loyal to the Farmacy cleansing balms, this is not a product for you. On the plus side, when I AM finally done washing this off, my skin does feel incredibly smooth and soft. I am not sure that there is any other product in this category at a similar price that does this so I am okay to keep using it. I think there are other cleansers on the market that remove makeup easier, but this is good for the price. Lastly, you need very little of it (half of a cherry tomato? sorry!) to get the job done, and I really go heavy on mascara. If my other favourites will be out of stock, I will happily repurchase this product.

Even though I do like the product it doesn’t remove all makeup. You will need to follow up with another cleanser to remove all makeup

Received a week ago and have used a handful of times, literally melts my makeup off my face. It does feels greasy when putting it on and you are meant to put it on dry skin, and then I use my Enjo pad with water to wash it off. Only thing I don't like is that it makes my skin feel oily once it's washed off so I do just use my OG cleaner really quickly to get rid of that, otherwise it's so worth every cent.

It’s okay, it made me break out severely and I’m not confident it removes all my makeup.

I’m on my 2nd pot. It takes make up and spf off very well. It has a lovely texture. It’s extremely well priced compared to other cleansing balms. The only thing I might change is add a hint of fragrance (there is none) but that’s just personal preference!
