originally got some sample pots from Mecca to try this cleanser out first before committing to it due to the price. Ilove how you only need a small amount and its enough to cleanse my face. I also like the effect on my skin after a wash where there is no tight or dry feeling. Good cleanser!

I love using Tatcha because I have quite sensitive skin and find that I need something gentle enough for everyday use. This cleanser is really good for getting a deep / gentle clean. After using it I like to apply the dewy skin serum, perfect combo! I will say I did not notice less acne but I have hormonal acne so topical application will not solve my skin issues anyway (product is still worth the money imho)

Ive been using this for a while and I love it. This is my second purchase of this cleanser. This makes my skins feel fresh, clean and non stripped. It smells nice and fresh and it doesn't dry out my skin. A lot of people say Tatcha is overpriced but you only need a tiny amount so it does last a long time. I think if you get into the habit of using less than you think you need it will be around the same price as some other cleansers. I don't indulge in other things, so I deserve this.

I brought this cleanser a few weeks ago, I used for about a week and could not believe how beautiful and clean my skin looked after. However after that initial week of usage my skin has broken out like it has never before ! Like 8 mega pimples all over my face and many more forming. This cleanser is so strong and the tiny particles in it seems to be so harsh. I would beware of your skins pH balance after using the product at it is intense! The packaging and size and smell are all great it is just way to harsh for my skin.

I got this in a sample. My skin is combo, prone to dehydration but very oily. This cleanser has little beads(?) in it and has a gentle foam. My skin felt nice but it also had that unpleasant 'squeaky' clean feeling. I probably wouldn't buy it but it might be good for oily skin.

It does what it says - Cleanses the skin and exfoliates. Doesn't leave the skin feeling dry and isn't harsh. The packaging is difficult though - leave it the right way up and it takes a lot of work to get product out. Leave it upside down and product gets wasted when it flows into the lid. Will use completely but will not repurchase which is a shame because I wanted to really like it.

Smells great and texture feels like it should be giving a deep cleanse but I don't feel like my skin is as clean as when I use products with aha's. If you're skin is oily or you use sunscreen, make up etc, I'd go for something stronger

Recommended in store for my sensitive skin. Cause painful breakouts after using for a few days. Left skin tight and burning after use. Wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin.
