Bought this on early release and am not disappointed. Very straightforward lightly-foaming cleanser, mild "clean" scent, not overly drying. I don't wear makeup so I can't attest to much more other than my skin feels clean without feeling stripped. Definitely a more thorough clean than the squalane cleanser, however - I'll probably go back to that during the harsher winter months. Good value for the money as you need very little to wash your entire face.

Works well on my mature sensitive combination skin, I use the squalane first if removing make up, then finish with this. Would like it in the smaller size too to go in bag please!

I like that it cleans my skin without drying out. It's a good addition to my daily routine. I recommend this product and I will definitely buy it again

I like this cleanser, it works very well on my combination/oily skin. It foams quickly and overall feels great. HOWEVER, there is one negative point that I found to be very surprising - the smell of this product. Without any exaggeration, it smells bad. Normally TO products do not smell, but this one smells in a very strange way. It hits your nose and does not go away until it's completely washed off. I bought two bottles of this, not sure if I will be repurchasing it. Perhaps if I get used to this smell because I like everything else about this product.

really mixed reviews here. my opinion: its good, simple, gentle and non stripping. Thats why I bought it. Downsite: I tend to use more because otherwise I feel like it wouldn't clean my face enough. surspring: it is also a little bit creamy. I do like that. Not super foaming like expected but also ok for me. lastly; I only wear serum, sunscreen and a little bit concealer on my face, so I cant tell if it is effective in removing make up or not. with sunscreen I have no issues.

Even though I am in my 60's, my skin gets very oily at this time of year. This cleanser helps to control the oiliness with drying out my skin. And it partners very well with the squalene cleanser for a thorough double cleanse.

I really like how my skin feels after this, however there are a couple of issues that will stop me using it which is a shame.I don’t think it removes make-up anywhere near as well as the squalene cleanser. And, most annoyingly; it causes subsequent items in my regimen to pil on my skin - has anyone else found this? My regimen is the same as before bar the cleanser so I know it must be that. I’ve been ‘extra’ rinsing and it still happens and it’s putting me off using.

Excessive Dryness
Don't love the texture and actually find the smell off-putting. Find it strips my skin too much. I love the squalane cleanser and was expecting a similar level of gentleness, but this glycolipid one leaves my skin feeling tight and visibly drier. It does not properly clean off my non-waterproof mascara, which is one of the only makeup products I wear most days.

I still get hormonal acne from time to time but since switching to this cleanser I’ve had constant huge and painful pimples. I went back to my regular cleanser and they started going away. Unfortunately not for me

This item is just okay. It didn't blow me away. It is much more gentle than anticipated. It does not remove make up at all with water, and even with a face cloth it requires being used twice. I use it as part of a triple cleansing routine now just to get rid of it. I would only recommend using this product if you have just woken up (after cleansing your face at night), and even then it does not feel as though it removes sweat or impurities in the crevices of your nose. I won't be re-buying the product. The feel is silky and nice, but it doesn't cut it for a cleanser. It was a flop for me. I thought about rating it 1 star but I thought that was a little harsh as the packaging is nice, the feel and consistency is nice, and washing your face with it feels nice but overall it has had no results and does not really do much for your skin.

Save yr money bc this cleanser honestly is aweful bc its very stripping. Im a makeup artist and I had an event so I had thought I'd try this the week prior. Big mistake my skin was badly striped and severely red. Luckily I went to a dermatologist and he saved my skin just in time for my event. I love all other products the ordinary has. Please try the squalene cleanser. Much better.

This product made my skin break out and stripped it. My skin went from beautiful to aweful. It's more of a cleanser that should only be used to exfoliate. It messed my skin up bc it doesn't say that on it. Look at the ingredients.
